Clever Services is a construction project administration company, providing services to both Contractors and persons with projects alike.  Services we provide include bid and proposal support, management of project funds, financing, aid in communication between persons with projects and Contractors and more.  We are engineer operated and exist to bridge the gap between Contractors and persons with projects that do not have time to manage contractor relationships.
